Fosroc Hydrocell is a high-performance, semi-rigid expansion joint filler made from cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene. It is UV resistant, non-absorbent, rot-proof, and non-tainting—making it ideal for use in both water-retaining and water-excluding structures. With a large sheet format, this size is particularly suited for on-site custom cutting and use in large-scale precast or cast-in-situ concrete applications.
