Fosroc Hydrocell is a semi-rigid, closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene joint filler designed for use in expansion joints across a variety of concrete and masonry structures. It is UV resistant, non-absorbent, rot-proof, and non-tainting, making it ideal for water-retaining and water-excluding environments, including applications involving potable water.
