Fosroc Hydrocell is a high-performance, semi-rigid expansion joint filler made from UV-resistant, closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene. It is non-absorbent, rot-proof, and non-tainting, making it ideal for both water-retaining and water-excluding structures, including applications involving potable water. Hydrocell maintains its shape and performance over time, even in harsh environmental conditions.
