Description

Renderoc HB40 is a medium-weight, high-build concrete repair mortar specifically engineered for structural reinstatement of vertical, overhead, and soffit concrete elements. Supplied as a pre-blended dry powder, it only requires the addition of clean water on site to form a high-performance, polymer-modified mortar with excellent handling characteristics, shrinkage control, and long-term durability.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with concrete strengths between 30–45 MPa

  • High-build formulation – ideal for vertical and overhead repairs

  • Shrinkage compensated – ensures dimensional stability and reduces cracking

  • Low permeability – protects against chloride ion, water, and CO₂ ingress

  • Abrasion resistant – suited to aggressive exposure environments

  • Suitable for large-scale reinstatement or small patch repairs

  • Compatible with Galvashield XP and cathodic protection systems

  • Potable water approved – complies with AS/NZS 4020:2005

  • Pre-bagged – eliminates site batching variability and ensures mix consistency
