Fosroc Hydrocell is a semi-rigid, UV-resistant, closed-cell polyethylene joint filler designed for forming durable and resilient expansion joints in concrete and masonry structures. Its cross-linked, non-absorbent construction ensures long-term performance in both water-retaining and water-excluding applications. Hydrocell is rot-proof, non-tainting, and safe for use in structures that store potable water.
